Liability Waiver

The undersigned who is presently using or anticipating the use of Winter Rose Equestrian Center facilities,  as a student taking riding lessons, and/or owner of a horse either pursuant to an agreement with Winter Rose Equestrian Center or an agreement with an independent contractor/trainer at Winter Rose Equestrian Center, hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Winter Rose Equestrian Center, its owner and employees, harmless from any and all injuries, sickness, disease or death that may be suffered by horse, and/or the injury or death that may be suffered by the undersigned as a result of the use of Winter Rose Equestrian Center, horse, facilities, or equipment.  The undersigned student/parent specifically understands that he/she may be thrown from, stepped on, bitten by, or injured in any fashion by any horse at Winter Rose Equestrian Center regardless of any stated or implied statement concerning the habits or demeanor of the horse/horses.  The undersigned also acknowledges that they have inspected the premises and have determined them to be safe and acknowledge that their presence at any time on Winter Rose Equestrian Center premises is done at his/her own risk.  The undersigned hereby releases and forever discharges and agrees to hold Winter Rose Equestrian Center, its employees and owners, harmless of and from all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with the use of Winter Rose Equestrian Center facilities.
